Little Munden C of E (VC) Primary School

'Building Good Foundations, Matthew 7, verse 24'

Ofsted and Performance Data

On Thursday 2nd February, Little Munden School welcomed Ofsted for a 1-day visit.  It was a very positive experience and I am pleased to report that they confirmed that we are a Good school.

The full report can be found via the link below, but here are just some of the things that they noticed.

‘Pupils enjoy coming to school and are supported by kind and nurturing adults who want to help pupils to achieve their best’

‘High expectations for the education offered to all pupils’

‘The staff are united in a shared vision, of which they are proud to be part of’

‘Pupils are safe and happy in school’

They held many meetings, carried out lesson observations, looked at children’s work, spoke to the children, governors and advisors, as well as observing breaktimes, so by the end of the day they had a thorough understanding of every aspect of school life at Little Munden.
